Cheap Web Business – Making Use of What’s Freely Available Online
Saturday, December 26th, 2009A cheap web business is when you do your research and make use of what is freely available online. You can start of small and then expand as your time, confidence and money allows.
So how do you go about starting a cheap online business?
1. Chose a niche
Start off my choosing a niche to work in. This ideally should be your passion or hobby. This is something you know a lot about so you can teach and education other people within that niche.
2. Internet Business Model
Choose an internet business model to help spread your word. This could be in the form of a content site, blog or email marketing. It’s totally up to you, but choose one that you will enjoy doing on a daily basis and a one which your skills will prevail.
3. Marketing Strategy
Choose 1-3 marketing strategies that you are good at and also enjoy doing. Since we are talking about starting a cheap web business, you don’t want to storm ahead with a Pay Per Click AdWords campaign.
Article marketing is free, putting ads on Craigslist is free, posting helpful advice in forums and blog posts is free. Find out what free marketing strategies there is and then choose a couple you enjoy doing the most.
4. Know Your Stuff
Now that you have decided on your ‘system’ you need to know it inside out. You need to be willing to learn everything there is to know about it. Get free reports and advice of people in your area, buy a decent guide or get yourself an online coach. Whatever you choose, be willing to learn and take action!

Traffic Resources
Understanding ourselves is also critical to traffic creation. Why do I say this? Well, I have found that I need to be focused, and completely at ease, in order to relax enough, and ‘place myself’ in the head of the person reading my website. What questions are they asking? What do They want information on? What is their real issue or question.
To learn more about this, and other website traffic issues, I highly recommend the Traffic Recipe Cookbook, as well as the Self help data base.
To help ensure your mindset is always right, I highly recommend the daily reading as well of personal improvement material, and the Success Strategy System.
