There Are 4 Basic Ways to Create Videos to Generate Massive Amounts of Online Video Traffic

Wednesday, December 23rd, 2009

Online video is one of the best ways to get high quality, targeted traffic to your website or blog. Online video allows people to get to know, like, and trust you much faster than any other online approach.

There are 4 basic ways to create videos to generate massive amounts of online video traffic.

#1 – Use a webcam.

If you’re not in your videos, you’re missing out on a huge opportunity to brand yourself and get people to know, like, and trust you. An inexpensive webcam can be purchased for $30 or more, and works well for this. It is not as flexible as a camcorder, but is convenient when you are on your computer.

Online video tip – Make eye contact with the camera and have a good background. You aren’t looking into a camera, you’re looking into the eyes of the other person. Want it to be like you are talking with your friend. Be sure to be professional, success does carry an image.

#2 – Use a camcorder or Flip cam.

If you’re going to be doing videos you should definitely get a Flip cam. They are inexpensive, small, convenient, and extremely easy to use. The Flip is an online marketers dream, and now there is even a high definition version. Branding yourself requires mobility and the Flip is great for this.

Online video tip – be spontaneous and take lots of short quick videos that get people to know you. This will establish trust and rapport.

#3 – Use screen recording or screen capture software.

With screen recording software such as Camtasia, you can record your computer screen and turn it into an online video. This method is great for recording slide presentations or creating training tutorials.

Online video tip – with a little bit of searching on the internet, you should be able to find a free older version of Camtasia, saving you $299. Or, you can use the open source (aka free) tool CamStudio, but the quality is generally not as good as Camtasia.

#4 – Reuse existing videos.

This is almost like cheating because you don’t actually make the video yourself. You just find an existing video that is shareable, such as a Fox News video clip and put it on your channel. This approach does not require any camera or software.

Online video traffic can be a great source of free targeted web traffic and videos don’t have to be difficult to create.

YouTube Traffic Secrets – 5 Exciting YouTube Tricks to Increase Targeted Website Traffic Fast

Monday, December 21st, 2009

Getting an increased number of targeted website traffic will make most internet marketers very happy. On the other hand, accumulating this type of traffic with YouTube and other video sharing sites makes the job a little bit easier.

Google pays close attention to videos and tends to rank them above all other content generated online. I want to embark on 5 exciting YouTube video secret tricks to help you increase targeted website traffic and leads to your blogs and websites online.

1. Show your Face Often– This will probably be the easiest most hardest tip ever. Most people are too shy or afraid to show their face on video let alone on the internet. However, I encourage you to get past this fear, which stems from the EGO.

What does this tip have to do with getting more traffic? Showing your face on camera is part of branding yourself as an expert marketer. The more you show up on video sharing sites, the more people will begin to take attention to what you are offering.

2. Leave Bait– Leaving the bait means leaving your website link available for your prospect to check out more information. In the description area on YouTube, you want to make sure you leave your bait before writing out the summary of your video. This will not only create more traffic for your websites, but more quality backlinks pointing back to your content, which helps move you up in the SERPS.

3. Rich Keywords– Having the proper keywords located in your title, description, and tags will give the Google spiders something to munch on. As these spiders crawl your video content, you should very well see a push up in the SERPS. Make sure you carefully pick the right keywords that are more targeted. Long tail keywords will make it easier for your video to rank on page one of Google.

4. Post Video to Blog– Once you have optimized your video for the search engines, now it’s time to give your blog some content love. Posting your video to your blog will bring even more traffic to your sites. You may want to change the tile and keywords a little to add fresh food for the Google spiders to crawl.

5. Bookmark Your Content– After you post your video to your blog, make sure you bookmark your content to Digg, Propeller, Facebook, Twitter, etc. This will create an immediate surge of visitors to your money page or capture page. If you are using a WordPress blog, you should have a bookmark plugin install for this convenience.

Traffic Resources

Understanding ourselves is also critical to traffic creation. Why do I say this?  Well, I have found that I need to be focused, and completely at ease, in order to relax enough, and ‘place myself’ in the head of the person reading my website.  What questions are they asking?  What do They want information on? What is their real issue or question.

To learn more about this, and other website traffic issues, I highly recommend the Traffic Recipe Cookbook, as well as the Self help data base.

To help ensure your mindset is always right, I highly recommend the daily reading as well of personal improvement material, and the Success Strategy System.

Expert Advice – How to Generate Easy Twitter Traffic For Free

Wednesday, December 9th, 2009

Twitter has quickly become one of the fastest growing Social networking sites.   Not only that, but it also revolutionized the way people communicate with each other.  Millions of people are sending out Tweets (containing a maximum of 240 characters) to other people every day.  This puts you in the market for some massive traffic generating potential.  In this article I will show you how you can harness the awesome power of Twitter easily for free traffic to your websites and links.

Firstly, you need to create an account with Twitter. This is free and you can even create more than one account.  Setup your profile, putting a custom background in, describing yourself shortly in your biography and telling people a little bit about your business or niche.  Remember to put in your link to your opt in page in your bio.  This will make for some great extra free Twitter Traffic.

Next, you will need some targeted friends, or followers as they are called in Twitterland.  This is very simple.  You simply search for someone in your niche who looks successful and has more than 10000 friends.   This person is using Twitter to make some serious profit, probably, so you need to follow him/her and all of their friends.  This can be done by manually following everyone or using a tool such as Buzzom to mass follow them.   Be careful that you don’t follow too many people at a time, or you may get banned.  I suggest you follow 200 a day until you get to 1000 and only 10% of your amount of followers after that.

As you are following other people in your niche, a big percentage of them will follow you back.  This is the main way of getting loads of followers that are targeted quickly and this will boost your Twitter traffic tremendously.  Now start communicating with these followers to build trust and a relationship.  They will take your tweets more seriously and be more inclined to click on your links.

Remember to unfollow all the people that don’t follow you every few days, so that you can follow more people.  The ration of people you are following and people following you, should not be too different or Twitter may ban you.

Now that you have trust established, you can start tweeting about your links, business opportunities, new blog posts and webpages, etc.  Remember to keep the ration of “normal” tweets to business tweets 3 to 1.  This will keep them from thinking you are a bot.  You can automize a lot of these features with software such as SocialOomph.  Google it.

Keep on building followers and building trust between them and you will start getting quality targeted free twitter traffic daily.  Good luck and may the force of Twitter be with you.
